Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luis Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garcia comes into the arena with Tomorrow blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ortiz bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Garcia fails to land with a series of punches.
Garcia waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ortiz.
A big right from Garcia misses.
Garcia lands with a nice body punch.
Garcia throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ortiz on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

It looks like Ryan Ortiz has been cut.
Garcia drops Ortiz with a beautiful combination! Ortiz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Garcia is looking for the KO!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Garcia throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ortiz is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Garcia moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luis Garcia!
