Sy checks a low kick from Mercedes.
Mercedes tried to score with a low kick but Sy checks it.
Mercedes throws a low kick but Sy avoids it.
Sy keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mercedes throws a chopping leg kick but Sy manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Mercedes on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sy. Sy obviously looking to wear him down.
Mercedes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sy but Sy pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sy throws a push kick but Mercedes slaps the foot to one side.
Mercedes throws a head kick but Sy moves out of range.

and Sy counters with a thumping low kick.

Mercedes throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Mercedes creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Sy dodges the ground and pound from Mercedes.
Mercedes has hold of Sy's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Sy seems comfortable defending it but Mercedes has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Sy is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Sy is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Mercedes couldn't care less - he's delighted!
