Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dominique Stanton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Kahle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dominique Stanton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gary Kahle! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stanton misses with a body kick. Kahle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kahle drives through with a takedown into guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Kahle connects with a couple of short punches. Kahle looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Stanton wants to get back to his feet but Kahle is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Stanton seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Stanton wants to stand but Kahle is controlling the position. Kahle trying to control but Stanton is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stanton pulls Kahle in close to his closed guard and prevents Kahle from doing any damage or advancing position.
We're going to have a standup here because Dominique Stanton wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Kahle shoots in and drives through. Stanton sprawls well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crunch! Kahle slams his shin into Stanton's torso. Kahle moves to clinch but Stanton breaks away and Stanton counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Stanton changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kahle fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Stanton on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kahle. Kahle obviously looking to wear him down.
Stanton drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stanton happy to just control the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kahle is trying to improve his position. Kahle is letting Stanton control him for a moment. Stanton decides to stand up, so the ref orders Kahle to his feet. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kahle throws a lazy head kick and Stanton makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Kahle throws a leg kick that misses. Kahle misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Kahle looks winded!
That's three minutes gone in the round. A momentary lapse in concentration from Kahle enables Stanton to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kahle manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Kahle avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Kahle being controlled here, momentarily. Kahle has a closed guard, preventing Stanton from standing up. Stanton gets to his feet - Kahle follows without any prompting. Kahle is looking to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kahle looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Stanton stuffs the takedown attempt from Kahle. Kahle gets slowly back to his feet. Dominique Stanton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Kahle. Stanton looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Kahle is looking to clinch but Stanton is avoiding it.
Kahle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stanton is fending him off so far but Kahle persists. Nope, Stanton circles away and we're back to standing. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stanton closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kahle is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Stanton's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Stanton's back! Kahle is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Stanton knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Stanton for a finish. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dominique Stanton dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Stanton shoots in for a double leg but Kahle sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Kahle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kahle looks to clinch and Stanton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kahle throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Stanton counter with a right hand. Kahle stuffs the takedown attempt from Stanton. Stanton gets slowly back to his feet. Stanton moves out of range of the body kick. Stanton shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kahle as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dominique Stanton. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kahle takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kahle gets caught flat footed, as Stanton shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Kahle is breathing heavily. Kahle wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Stanton throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Stanton postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Kahle has a closed guard, preventing Stanton from standing up. Dominique Stanton overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Stanton stopping the sweep attempt from Kahle. Kahle controls Stanton momentarily but Stanton frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kahle looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Stanton slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Kahle trying to control the position.
Stanton stands and steps away. Kahle gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kahle wants to clinch. Nice sprawl there from Stanton as Kahle shoots in. Stanton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kahle's waist but Kahle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stanton off to one side. Kahle has his takedown stuffed and Stanton holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Stanton can't get the takedown.
Stanton manages to pull guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stanton is controlling Kahle's posture. Kahle must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kahle wants to control from the top but Stanton keeps moving. Stanton pulls Kahle in close to his closed guard and prevents Kahle from doing any damage or advancing position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Dominique Stanton has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Kahle tries to clinch but fails miserably and Stanton decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kahle's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kahle wants to sweep but no luck. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Stanton decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Stanton gets a takedown into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dominique Stanton dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Kahle gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Stanton to score an easy takedown into full guard. Stanton sitting in guard here, content to control. Stanton has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kahle is proving hard to escape from. Kahle trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
That's one minute gone in the round. Kahle wants to sweep here but Stanton controlling him for the moment. Stanton content to stall in guard here. Kahle takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Kahle misses with a takedown attempt and Stanton counters with a lovely straight right hand! Stanton fails to land the takedown. Stanton keeps the fight on the outside. Stanton will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Stanton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stanton wants it to stay on the feet. Dominique Stanton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Kahle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stanton gets a double leg takedown into Kahle's guard. Stanton stays in close to Kahle's body and controls the position. Stanton is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Stanton chips away with some ground and pound. Kahle is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kahle looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Stanton puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Stanton not doing much here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stanton gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Stanton misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kahle misses with a wild body shot. Stanton shoots in and bounces Kahle off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stanton seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Stanton tries to stand but Kahle is controlling from the bottom. Kahle trying to control the position here. Gary Kahle has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dominique Stanton is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Stanton lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Dominique Stanton showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Stanton, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
