And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Eduardo Lopez!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez doesn't manage to clinch there - Witt circles away.
Lopez shoots in but no luck this time.
Lopez fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Witt.
Witt shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lopez sprawls well. Lopez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Witt gets slowly back to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Witt or perhaps it was just good defense by Lopez which made him look bad.
Lopez misses with a series of wild punches.
Witt swats away the attempt to clinch by Lopez.
No luck for Lopez with that takedown attempt.
Witt shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lopez sprawls well. Lopez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Witt gets slowly back to his feet.

Witt really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Witt is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lopez defends well.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lopez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Lopez pushes down on Witt's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lopez throws a strike but Witt avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Lopez drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Witt manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lopez has Witt in his guard.

A close round but Eduardo Lopez will probably get the nod.
That's time! Witt's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Witt has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lopez uses from the top position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Witt counters with a head kick. That will keep Lopez thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Witt tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lopez defends well and Witt ends up having to push Lopez into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Witt jumps guard but Lopez stands there with Witt around his waist. Witt gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Lopez lands a knee to the head.
Witt wants to break the clinch but can't.
Witt tries to pull guard but Lopez holds him up against the cage and eventually Witt drops back down to his feet.

Lopez manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Witt is stalling in the full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Witt goes for a double leg but Lopez avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lopez continues to drive forward.
Witt jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lopez walks away with a smile on his face. Witt gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Lopez moves in looking to clinch but Witt pushes him off.

Lopez ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lopez no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Lopez throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Witt on the side of the head.
