Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ioannou leaves Osipov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ioannou tries to close the distance and clinch up but Osipov swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Osipov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ioannou sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Osipov somewhat.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Ioannou has eaten all the pies!
Osipov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Osipov tries for a kimura but Ioannou is defending well.
Osipov swings around for an armbar but Ioannou sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Osipov's guard.
Osipov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ioannou can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Ioannou has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Osipov to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Ioannou is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Osipov pulls down on the head and he's put Ioannou to sleep! This one is all over!
