The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bronson throws a hook but Scrooge avoids it easily.
Nice defenses there by Scrooge.
Bronson loads up on a big right hand but Scrooge slips the punch.
Scrooge fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Scrooge takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bronson lands a glancing blow to the side of Scrooge's head.
It looks like Ebenezer Scrooge has been cut.
Scrooge scores with a jab to the body.
Bronson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Bronson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Scrooge was well out of range. Poor timing from Bronson.
The fighters circling - Bronson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A decent looking cross lands there for Scrooge.
Scrooge misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bronson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Jack Bronson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Bronson has managed to clinch.
Bronson prevents Scrooge from breaking the clinch.
Bronson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Bronson lands a nice elbow.
Scrooge is trying to break the clinch but Bronson is controlling him.

Bronson lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
That has opened up Ebenezer Scrooge's cut even more.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Scrooge has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A short body shot lands from Bronson as the two fighters clinch.
Scrooge tries to break free but Bronson pushes him back against the cage.
Bronson works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Bronson lands an elbow just above Scrooge 's eye.
Bronson lands an elbow inside that Scrooge shrugs off.
Scrooge is rocked!
The cut above Ebenezer Scrooge's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Bronson stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Bronson lands a good knee to the midsection. Scrooge won't want to take too many of those.
Bronson digs a right hand into Scrooge's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Scrooge's gas tank.
Bronson lands an elbow inside that Scrooge shrugs off.
Scrooge is still on wobbly legs! Can Bronson finish him?
Ebenezer Scrooge's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ebenezer Scrooge's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jack Bronson!
Jack Bronson took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'I want a challenge!! I'll fight anyone, anywhere!!!'.
