Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between Miguel Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fook Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yu has chosen Drowning Pool - Bodies as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Miguel Chavez could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Fook Yu's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu looks to score with a jab to the body but Chavez is just out of range.
Yu takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Yu is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Chavez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Yu throws a hook but Chavez blocks it.

Chavez connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Yu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chavez circles away quickly and effectively.
Chavez thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Yu if he has to take too many more of those.

Yu loads up on a big right hand but Chavez slips the punch.

Yu tries to bum rush Chavez with a series of wild strikes but Chavez uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Chavez goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
The crowd cheers as Chavez lands an impressive looking overhand right. Yu doesn't seem phased though.

Yu is rocked!
Yu stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Yu is still on wobbly legs! Can Chavez finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chavez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Chavez's Muay Thai looks sharper than normal. He has obviously been working on it in the gym.
Yu avoids the head kick by Chavez.
Yu takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Chavez throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Yu.
Chavez is looking to slow Yu down with leg kicks.
Chavez avoids a punch combination nicely.
Yu might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Chavez throws a sloppy head kick and Yu moves out of range easily.

Yu drops his guard momentarily, allowing Chavez to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Yu! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Chavez takes it!
