Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Gatzby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Chapman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Roberts and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chapman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Chapman shoots for a double leg takedown but Gatzby sprawls well. He's pushed Chapman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Chapman shoots in looking for a takedown. Gatzby tries to sprawl out of it but Chapman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gatzby manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
James Gatzby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Chapman.
Chapman gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Gatzby tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gatzby has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Chapman is not content to let Gatzby control the position.

Chapman is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gatzby is just riding it out for now. Chapman eventually gives up the hold.

and Gatzby counters with a double leg. Chapman bangs his head on the mat and seems to be on queer street here... Gatzby follows up with punches and the ref steps in to end the fight! It was the slam that caused all the problems.
