Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Romeo Bellanca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yakubu Okoroji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bellanca comes to the cage accompanied by Nightmare by Avenged Sevenfold. Yakubu Okoroji has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Romeo Bellanca's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okoroji ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bellanca moves away.
Bellanca has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Bellanca moves in looking to clinch but Okoroji pushes him off.
Okoroji throws a predictable looking body shot
and Bellanca makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bellanca, as that shot connected.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Yakubu Okoroji is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bellanca lunges at Okoroji with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Okoroji's hand.
Bellanca is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bellanca missing with a left hand there. Okoroji was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bellanca tries to bum rush Okoroji with a series of wild strikes but Okoroji uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bellanca throws a leg kick but Okoroji sees it coming and moves out of range.
Bellanca takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Bellanca gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Bellanca tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Okoroji is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Bellanca buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Bellanca!! Bellanca is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Okoroji throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yakubu Okoroji!
After winning the bout, Yakubu Okoroji thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
