Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Huxi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royo Salander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thomas Huxi is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thomas Huxi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Royo Salander!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salander moves in looking to clinch but Huxi pushes him off.
Huxi scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Royo Salander has been cut.
Thomas Huxi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Huxi throws a series of punches but Salander avoids them all with ease.
Salander looks for a takedown but Huxi sprawls well.
Salander blocks the body kick.
Huxi definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A punch combination from Huxi misses.
Salander slips a jab and a cross from Huxi.
Salander doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Huxi counters with a thumping low kick.
Huxi looks to score with a jab to the body but Salander is just out of range.
Huxi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Salander shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Huxi as he avoids it easily.
Thomas Huxi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Royo Salander.
Huxi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Salander avoids the head kick by Huxi.
Salander looks to clinch
and Huxi makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Salander avoids a punch combination nicely.
Huxi misses with a kick to the body
and Salander counters with a solid body kick.
Huxi gets the takedown into side control.

Huxi decides to stand up, so the ref orders Salander to his feet.
Huxi lands a nice looking kick to the body. Salander takes a step back to recover.
Huxi gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Salander counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Huxi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Salander has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Salander closes the distance looking to clinch
and Huxi counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Salander looking for submissions off his back.
Salander wants to control but Huxi is keeping busy.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Huxi connects with a nice short shot to Salander's temple.

Huxi stands up out of the half guard.
A head kick misses from Huxi.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Salander.
Salander misses with a takedown
and Huxi makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Salander looks winded!
Huxi throws the kick towards the body but Salander avoids it.
Huxi lands a nice hook to Salander's body. Salander takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Huxi swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Salander wants to clinch
and Huxi counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Huxi.
Huxi pulls guard successfully.
Huxi wants to sweep but no luck.
Salander throws a big right hand that misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Huxi manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Huxi working away from the top, dropping strikes.

Salander is looking to get to half guard.
Huxi sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Huxi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Huxi postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Salander looks a forlorn figure.

Huxi drops a big elbow. That's hurt Salander! More shots from Huxi and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
