Gatherer's entrance music is Down In A Hole - Alice In Chains. A fine choice. Hunter Gatherer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gatherer on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Gatherer moves out of range of the leg kick from Lyons.
Lyons has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Gatherer is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Gatherer takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lyons cracks Gatherer with a right hand to the side of the head.
Gatherer tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Lyons paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Gatherer throws a right hand that Lyons ducks under and follows up with a left that Lyons also avoids with ease.
Lyons dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gatherer. That did some damage!

Lyons lands a leg kick that knocks Gatherer off balance momentarily.
Gatherer is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
