Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nate Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Merridew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Thomas shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Merridew sprawls well. Merridew wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Thomas gets slowly back to his feet.
Thomas slips under a jab from Merridew.
Merridew lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Thomas circles away quickly and effectively.
Merridew throws a nice looking combination but Thomas bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Horrible takedown by Thomas or perhaps it was just good defense by Merridew which made him look bad.
