Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Ten Red Gym (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vanden Plas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Red Gym comes to the ring accompanied by Eye of the Tiger. The crowd seem to be enjoying Plas's choice of entrance music: DMX - Intro. Ten Red Gym has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Plas as he checks the leg kick.
Red Gym moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Red Gym thuds his right hand into Plas's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Vanden Plas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Plas tries a head kick but it misses.
Red Gym throws a right and a left that both miss.
Red Gym takes a swing at Plas's ribcage but misses.
Plas throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Red Gym ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Plas throws a right hand that Red Gym ducks under and follows up with a left that Red Gym also avoids with ease.
Red Gym blocks a head kick by Plas.
Red Gym comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Red Gym throws a right and a left that both miss.
Red Gym turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Red Gym shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Plas swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Plas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Plas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Red Gym lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Vanden Plas has been cut.
Red Gym looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Red Gym avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Red Gym swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Red Gym throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Plas.
Plas takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A chopping leg kick lands by Red Gym.
Plas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Red Gym swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Red Gym smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Plas lands with a nice body kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Red Gym thows a body shot but no joy.
The fight stays on the outside here - Plas looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Red Gym avoids the head kick by Plas.
Plas steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Red Gym.
Good shot there by Plas.
Red Gym scores with a one two! Plas had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
An inside leg kick from Red Gym misses.
Plas connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Red Gym momentarily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A thudding body kick lands there by Plas!
Plas is looking to clinch.
Red Gym lands a lovely overhand right.
Plas ducks under a wild hook from Red Gym.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ten Red Gym dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Vanden Plas's cut.

Plas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Red Gym is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

Red Gym shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Red Gym throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Plas keeps Red Gym at a distance using the push kick.
Red Gym throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Plas counters with a head kick. That will keep Red Gym thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

and Plas counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Red Gym throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Plas is rocked!
Plas is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Red Gym doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Plas crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Plas's bad books for that mishap!

A pretty intense looking Ten Red Gym took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
