Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paul Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Paul Sanchez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alex King! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Kavanagh and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. King is looking for a sweep. King avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Sanchez. King is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Sanchez off and has taken his back! Sanchez rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. King seems to be looking for submissions.
King missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Sanchez tries to get to full guard but King has control of the leg. Sanchez wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are battling for position here. Sanchez manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Sanchez wants to stand and escape but King is having none of it. King won't allow Sanchez to sweep him here. King drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and King jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. King in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Sanchez rushes King and presses him up against the cage. Sanchez goes for a takedown in the clinch but King prevents it.
Sanchez drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sanchez lands a takedown into guard.
Sanchez has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Sanchez tries to free his leg and advance position but King is retaining full guard. King throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Sanchez throws and elbow that misses. King uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sanchez's guard. Nice move by King! Sanchez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sanchez is on top in guard.
Sanchez is breathing heavily. King manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sanchez manages to get himself to full guard.
King postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King forces his way into half guard. Sanchez wants to improve his position but King is controlling well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. King working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Sanchez flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! King seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with King in particular looking to stall. King passes the guard and advances to mount! BOOM! King connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Sanchez is desperately trying to improve his position but King has a good base and remains in mount. King is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by King!
