Coke comes to the cage accompanied by Cocaine. Leningrada is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Farewell of Slavyanka. Ted Coke could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Blokada Leningrada's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Ted Coke!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Blokada Leningrada!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coke throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Leningrada's waist but Leningrada gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Coke off to one side.

Coke looking to score a takedown here. Leningrada is defending well but Coke drives through and ends up in Leningrada's guard.
Coke throws a big right hand that misses.
Leningrada trying to control the position.
Coke working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Leningrada's head.
Coke trying to control the position from guard on top but Leningrada is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Coke missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Coke trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Coke advances position into side control!

Coke is trying to get an arm triangle but Leningrada is defending well.

Coke tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
We've been hearing that Coke has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Coke thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Leningrada is not content to let Coke control the position.
Leningrada is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Coke grinds an elbow into Leningrada's temple.

Coke is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Leningrada has escaped the position, nice work there.

Coke is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Leningrada is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Coke is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Leningrada knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Coke has hold of Leningrada's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Leningrada tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Coke cranks the arm and Leningrada screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Leningrada, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Ted Coke!
Ted Coke was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
