Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Tommy Oosthuizen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giant Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tommy Oosthuizen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Giant Tank! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oosthuizen misses with a looping right. Oosthuizen misses with a double jab.
Left hook, right uppercut from Oosthuizen.
It looks like Giant Tank has been cut. Oosthuizen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Tank misses with a combination
and Oosthuizen counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Oosthuizen seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Tank misses with a few strikes there.
Tank uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Oosthuizen. Oosthuizen lands a nice shot to the body.
Tank bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Tank keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Oosthuizen. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tank lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Tank has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Oosthuizen lands a jab to the nose. Tank uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Oosthuizen. Oosthuizen looks to land a combination but Tank avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oosthuizen scores with the left hand. Tank knows he should have avoided that one. Oosthuizen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Good exchange - Oosthuizen coming out on top. Oosthuizen swings for the body but Tank moves out of range.
Oosthuizen lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Tank backs up against the ropes.
Oosthuizen looks to score with a jab to the body but Tank is just out of range. Oosthuizen lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
That has opened up Giant Tank's cut even more. This has been an exciting period of action! Tank lands with an overhand left. Tank on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Oosthuizen misses with a right hand and Tank connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Oosthuizen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tank uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Oosthuizen. Tank moves out of range of the strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tank bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Oosthuizen takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Tank avoids the body shot from Oosthuizen.
Oosthuizen throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Tank misses with a double jab.
Oosthuizen missing with a left hand there. Tank was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A combination from Tank does no damage. Oosthuizen scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Oosthuizen throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Oosthuizen scores with a nice head shot. A cross from Oosthuizen lands. Tank blocks a jab. Oosthuizen misses with a double jab.

The cut above Giant Tank's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Oosthuizen lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Oosthuizen throws an off balance right hand
and Tank counters with a big 3 punch combo that drops Oosthuizen on his ass! Oosthuizen wobbles back to his feet half way through the count and though looking a bit dazed, the referee is going to allow the fight to continue!
It looks like Tommy Oosthuizen has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tank misses with a few strikes there.
Oosthuizen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Oosthuizen displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Tank takes a swing at Oosthuizen's ribcage but misses. Oosthuizen throws a poor cross that misses
and Tank counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Oosthuizen is rocked! Oosthuizen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Oh Oosthuizen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Nice body punch from Oosthuizen. Tank cracks Oosthuizen with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Oosthuizen is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Oosthuizen is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Oosthuizen could not beat the count!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Giant Tank! After the fight, Giant Tank was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
