Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alberto Lara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Goral (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alberto Lara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alex Goral!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Franklyn Lucas and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goral tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lara darts in looking for a takedown but Goral gets double underhooks and turns Lara into the cage.
Goral tries to score a body lock takedown but Lara shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Lara stalls.
Goral is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Lara is defending well for now.
Goral drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Goral is trying to trip Lara. He has hold of a leg but Lara is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Goral persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Goral not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Lara avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Goral forces his way into half guard.

Goral trying to control from half guard but Lara is working away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Goral controlling the action here.
Goral is pressing down on Lara's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lara is holding on for now.
Goral is keen to just control but Lara is a slippery customer.
Lara wants to improve his position but Goral is controlling well.
Lara wants to control but Goral is keeping busy.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Alex Goral wasn't active enough on the ground.
Lara tries to close the distance and clinch but Goral swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lara shoots in but Goral avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lara gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Goral counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lara won't be happy with that.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alberto Lara. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Goral wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lara keeps working.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Lara dodges the ground and pound from Goral.

Lara parries the strikes from Goral easily there. Goral is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Lara to escape.
Goral is looking to take a break and control but Lara is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Goral has hold of Lara's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Lara tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Goral cranks the arm and Lara screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Lara, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
