Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ademilson Silveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Dance of Death. Anderson Silva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ademilson Silveira's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ademilson Silveira! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Felipe Paraventi and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva gets caught flat footed, as Silveira shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Silveira throws a big right hand that misses. Silva keeping moving, preventing Silveira from controlling successfully. Silva pulls Silveira in close to his closed guard and prevents Silveira from doing any damage or advancing position. Silveira won't allow Silva to sweep him here. Silveira trying to control but Silva is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ademilson Silveira was stalling too much, according to the referee. Silva swats away the attempt to clinch by Silveira. Silva misses with a double jab
and Silveira counters with a slapping leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silveira's waist but Silveira gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side. Silva tries to bum rush Silveira with a series of wild strikes but Silveira uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Silveira decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Silveira is trying to work for a kimura but Silva is defending well.
Silveira stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Silva to get to his feet. Silva gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Silva working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Silveira.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Silva wants to sweep but no luck. Silva can't keep his opponent in guard - Silveira advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Silva is trying to get back to full guard. Silveira works his way into side control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Silva struggling a bit here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Silveira, as that shot connected.
Silveira fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Silva sprawls well initially but Silveira persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Silveira is trying to control the action in half guard but Silva is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Silveira is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Silva has managed to free his arm - good work. Silveira sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Silva defending well though. Silveira decides to stand and escape the position. Silveira gets a double leg takedown into Silva's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Silveira tries to free his leg and advance position but Silva is retaining full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silveira trying to control but Silva is working from the bottom. Silva tries to land a sweep but no joy. Silveira is fighting to break Silva's control of his arms but Silva is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Silveira won't allow Silva to sweep him here. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Silveira fails in his attempt to clinch. Silva fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silveira tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silveira to the ground. Silveira escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Silveira is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Silva's half guard. Silva is staying active underneath Silveira, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Silveira is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Silveira is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Silva is just riding it out for now. Silveira eventually gives up the hold.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva is concentrating on defense, preventing Silveira from advancing position. Silva's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Silveira throwing shots but Silva is blocking nicely. Silva moves into full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Silveira wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving. Silva manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Silveira prevents the takedown attempt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Silva preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Silveira looking to pass the guard. Ademilson Silveira showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Silva shoots for a takedown but Silveira saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Silveira wants to clinch up but Silva keeps it at a distance. Silveira is looking to clinch. Silveira shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Silveira was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Silveira wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silva keeps working. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silveira is trying to get an arm triangle but Silva is defending well. Silveira misses with the ground and pound. Silveira has hold of Silva's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Silva seems comfortable defending it but Silveira has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Silva is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Silva is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Silveira couldn't care less - he's delighted!
