Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ludwig Von Hendriks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Von Hendriks's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Shamrocks And Shenanigans. Viktor Belfort told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ludwig Von Hendriks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Viktor Belfort!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belfort misses with an uppercut. Von Hendriks saw that one coming.
Von Hendriks throws a head kick that misses.
Von Hendriks does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Von Hendriks dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Belfort. That did some damage!
Von Hendriks feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Belfort's calf.
Von Hendriks wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Belfort tries to clinch there but Von Hendriks circles away.
Belfort throws a hook to the side of Von Hendriks's head but Von Hendriks sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Belfort is looking to clinch.
Belfort takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Von Hendriks lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Belfort has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Belfort and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Von Hendriks scores with a kick to the midsection.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Von Hendriks lands with a kick to the temple. Belfort shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Belfort darts in trying to clinch
and Von Hendriks makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Belfort looks winded!
Von Hendriks slips under a jab from Belfort.
Von Hendriks scores with a spinning back kick!
Belfort wants to clinch up but Von Hendriks keeps it at a distance.
Belfort stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Von Hendriks.
Belfort throws a shot from downtown. Von Hendriks moves away and avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Von Hendriks looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
We've been told by Von Hendriks's head coaches at Ludus Magnus that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Both fighters circling a little - Von Hendriks finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Viktor Belfort seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Belfort has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Von Hendriks.
Von Hendriks fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Belfort has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Von Hendriks scoring well with a low kick there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Von Hendriks lands a nice leg kick that just misses Belfort's sensitive parts.
Von Hendriks lands a big head kick that sends Belfort tumbling to the mat! Von Hendriks takes a step backwards and waves Belfort back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Ludwig Von Hendriks is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Good leg kick by Von Hendriks there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Von Hendriks throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Belfort takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Belfort gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Von Hendriks gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Belfort is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ludwig Von Hendriks!
Ludwig Von Hendriks seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
