The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Joseph Jones and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ccccccc gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Aaaaaaa to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Aaaaaaa trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Aaaaaaa thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Aaaaaaa pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ccccccc is keeping the position for now.
Aaaaaaa drops back looking for a leg! Ccccccc is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ccccccc manages to kick Aaaaaaa off! Aaaaaaa jumps back into Ccccccc's guard.
Aaaaaaa trying to control the position from guard on top but Ccccccc is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aaaaaaa drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Aaaaaaa seems to have locked his on tight now - Ccccccc screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Aaaaaaa, as he picks up the win!
