Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hakeem Ramsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mason Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mason Storm will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hakeem Ramsey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mason Storm! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Ramsey looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ramsey changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Storm looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Storm gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Ramsey passes the guard and advances to mount! A nice elbow there by Ramsey. Storm is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Ramsey lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Storm is looking to improve his position but Ramsey isn't that keen on the idea.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramsey tries to take Storm's back but instead Storm uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Storm is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Ramsey not doing much here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Storm throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ramsey takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Storm doesn't manage to clinch there - Ramsey circles away.
Ramsey throws a right and a left that both miss. Ramsey misses with a wild combination.

and Ramsey decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Storm's guard. Storm has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ramsey can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Storm is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Storm looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Storm seems keen to control Ramsey's posture. Storm lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ramsey! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Storm prevents Ramsey from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Storm trying to control but Ramsey is having none of it. Ramsey slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Storm is working for a kimura but Ramsey is defending it quite comfortably.
Storm prevents Ramsey from improving his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hakeem Ramsey dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Ramsey changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Storm tries to avoid it but Ramsey manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Storm to the ground. Storm escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Storm drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Storm tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Storm is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Ramsey is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Storm tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Storm has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Ramsey rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Storm's guard! Nice work there by Ramsey! Storm had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ramsey is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Storm Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ramsey's back instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Ramsey turns into Storm and is now in his guard.
Ramsey postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Storm wriggles free and stands up. Storm takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Storm is looking to clinch but Ramsey is avoiding it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm throws a right hand that Ramsey ducks under and follows up with a left that Ramsey also avoids with ease. A solid body kick from Storm. Ramsey swats away the attempt to clinch by Storm. Storm is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Storm tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ramsey keeps the fight on the outside. Ramsey shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Storm but Storm pushes him off and we're back to square one. Storm is looking to land body kicks. Ramsey keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Storm misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Storm misses with a two punch combination.
Ramsey misses with a takedown attempt and Storm counters with a thumping low kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hakeem Ramsey. That's going to take a lot out of him. Storm will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ramsey shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Storm is in all sorts of trouble here.
Ramsey jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Storm is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Storm and Ramsey has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Mason Storm showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Ramsey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Storm is fending him off so far but Ramsey persists. Nope, Storm circles away and we're back to standing. Ramsey misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Ramsey counters with a nice double leg into side control. Storm won't be happy with that. Storm tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ramsey wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Storm is pushing Ramsey's head away, looking to escape. Ramsey manages to hold on to the position though. Ramsey trying to control the position but Storm is working away. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Storm manages to work his way to half guard, despite Ramsey's best efforts.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm moves into full guard.
Ramsey wants to control from the top but Storm keeps moving. Ramsey won't allow Storm to sweep him here. Ramsey trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

He's pushed Ramsey off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Ramsey screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
