Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Solofa Fatu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fatu comes into the arena with Bad Man blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hernandez gets caught napping as Fatu dives in and scores a takedown. Hernandez manages to retain guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Fatu connects with a couple of short punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hernandez looking for a guillotine here but Fatu defends easily.
Fatu working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Fatu with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Fatu pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hernandez is keeping the position for now.
Fatu throwing strikes from guard but Hernandez blocks nicely.
We've been hearing that Fatu has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fatu distracts Hernandez with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Fatu is in close to Hernandez's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Hernandez is rocked!
Fatu loads up on a big left hand. Hernandez felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Fatu looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Hernandez can't hide his disappointment, as Fatu celebrates the victory.
