The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stephens throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cameron. Cameron is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Stephens throws a series of punches but Cameron avoids them all with ease. Cameron fails to land the takedown. Stephens throws a right hand that Cameron ducks under and follows up with a left that Cameron also avoids with ease. Cameron fails with the takedown and Cameron takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Stephens circles away from the clinch attempt.

Stephens lands with a nice body punch. Cameron with a poor takedown and Stephens counters with a nice double leg into guard. He's half up but Cameron has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Cameron pivots and extends the arm, Stephens falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Cameron! Well done that man!
