Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Andy Bernard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A momentary lapse in concentration from Wild enables Bernard to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wild manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Bernard stands and throws Wild's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bernard in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Wild should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Bernard lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Bernard moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Bernard trying to control the action but Wild is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bernard is trying to ground and pound but Wild uses the momentary lack of control by Bernard to regain half guard. Bernard not landing any meaningful shots this time. Bernard stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Wild to get to his feet. Bernard connects with a right hand. Wild shakes it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wild avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wild slaps away a takedown attempt from Bernard, before circling back to the center of the mat. Bernard pushes Wild up against the cage in a clinch. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. A left hand lands to the body for Bernard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bernard lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Wild misses with a punch to the body.
Bernard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bernard lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like Jonathan Wild has been cut. Wild throws a head kick that misses and Bernard counters with a flying knee that drops Wild! Bernard dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andy Bernard! Andy Bernard tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
