Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Kenei!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Showtime shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kenei pinned against the cage. Kenei gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kenei looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Kenei is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Showtime.
Kenei tries for a takedown but Showtime circles away easily
and Showtime counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Kenei takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Kenei showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Showtime.
Showtime digs a good hook to Kenei's body.
Kenei shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Showtime as he avoids it easily.
No joy there for Showtime, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Showtime digs a good body shot into Kenei's ribs.
Kenei on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kenei walks into a stiff left hand from Showtime.
Kenei is rocked!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Showtime!
Kenei is still on wobbly legs! Can Showtime finish him?
Kenei walks straight into a right hand from Showtime - that's dropped him! Showtime jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Kenei from any more punishment! Kenei complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Anthony Showtime!
