Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Austin Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pedro Couture!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Couture closes the distance and clinches.
A frustrated look appears on Black's face as he tries to break the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Couture.
Couture pushes Black back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Black prevents a body shot from Couture.
Black misses with a short punch on the inside.
Couture softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
A left hand lands to the body for Couture.
Black tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Couture avoids it.
Black's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Couture lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Black or not.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A quick uppercut on the inside from Couture.

It looks like Austin Black has been cut.
Couture pushes Black back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Black tries to break free but Couture pushes him back against the cage.

Black breaks from the clinch.
Black tries to clinch but Couture moves out of range.
Black seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Couture instigates a clinch.
Black tries to break the clinch but Couture is controlling the position.
A short right from Couture on the inside.
Black is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Couture lands a right hand that snaps the head of Black backwards.
A body shot lands from Couture.
Black is breathing heavily.
Still in the clinch, Couture scores with a nice short uppercut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Black wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Couture stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Couture softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.

Black is rocked!
Couture dips a shoulder and cracks Black with a mighty uppercut! Black falls back against the cage and Couture unloads with a barrage of strikes! Black is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Couture screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
