Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samir Oliva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steel has chosen Kollegah - Bossaura as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Samir Oliva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Steel! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steel dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Oliva. That did some damage! Steel swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Steel lands with a nice body kick. Nice body punch from Steel. Steel checks the leg kick nicely there.
Oliva moves out of range of the body kick from Steel.
A jab from Steel finds it's way through Oliva's defenses.
It looks like Samir Oliva has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Oliva keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Steel. Steel blocks a head kick by Oliva.
Steel takes a swing at Oliva's ribcage but misses. A lazy left from Steel finds it's target. Oliva looks for the body kick but Steel saw that one coming. Oliva has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Steel finds it's way round the side to connect with Oliva's head. Steel misses with a few strikes there.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Steel. Steel throws a wild body kick that Oliva sees coming a mile off. Oliva throws a leg kick and Steel counters with a nice low kick that buckles Oliva's knee momentarily. Steel swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steel throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Steel fails with an attempt to clinch.
Oliva misses with a body kick. Oliva blocks a head kick by Steel.
Steel misses with an uppercut. Steel swings for the body but Oliva moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Steel looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Steel throws a low kick but Oliva avoids it. Steel cracks the inside of Oliva's front leg. Steel scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Oliva doesn't seem bothered though. Steel fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Oliva has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Oliva throws a head kick that misses. Steel loads up on a big right hand but Oliva slips the punch. Oliva misses with a head kick.
Oliva takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Steel looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Oliva avoids a lazy jab quite easily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Oliva keeps the fight on the outside. Steel looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Oliva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A nice inside leg kick there by Steel. That's going to slow Oliva down. Oliva moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. A chopping leg kick lands by Steel. Steel thumps Oliva with a low kick. Steel pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Good leg kick by Steel there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The fighters circle, before Steel throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Oliva's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Steel lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). David Steel! During a confident post fight interview, David Steel thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
