Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mac Leorock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davis Bushby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bushby's choice of entrance music: DMX - Bad Boy. Davis Bushby has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mac Leorock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Davis Bushby! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leorock tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bushby swats him away and circles back towards the center. Leorock tries to clinch but Bushby is having none of it. Leorock wants to clinch. Bushby closes the distance but Leorock moves to the side and Leorock holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Leorock lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Davis Bushby has been cut. Bushby tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Leorock smiles and moves away.
Bushby circles away from the clinch attempt and Bushby counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bushby. Leorock lands an elbow that stopped Bushby in his tracks for a moment. Leorock lands a nice elbow. Leorock's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Leorock keeps control of Bushby as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Leorock tries to land a knee to the head but Bushby blocks with his arms.

That's one minute gone in the round. Leorock misses with a knee to the head. Leorock's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Bushby fails to pull guard.
Mac Leorock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Davis Bushby. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Leorock lands an elbow that stopped Bushby in his tracks for a moment.
That has opened up Davis Bushby's cut even more. Bushby wants to stall.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Leorock takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Bushby takes an elbow to the temple. Leorock stalling the fight.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Mac Leorock. Bushby gets a clinch. Bushby drops down looking for an ankle pick but Leorock pulls his leg out and moves away.
Leorock looks to clinch and Bushby counters with a three punch combo that has Leorock backing up. Leorock nods at Bushby to acknowledge the strikes. Bushby fails with the takedown. Leorock closes the distance but Bushby moves to the side and Bushby counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bushby.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leorock can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bushby controls the pace. Leorock is working an open guard so Bushby takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Bushby will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Mac Leorock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Leorock clinches but Bushby breaks the clinch so Bushby counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Leorock is breathing heavily. Leorock being controlled here, momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bushby gets to his feet. Leorock looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Bushby closes this distance looking for a takedown but Leorock circles away. Leorock clinches but Bushby breaks the clinch and Bushby counters with a three punch combo that has Leorock backing up. Leorock nods at Bushby to acknowledge the strikes. Bushby looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Leorock tries to clinch but fails miserably and Bushby counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Leorock! Bushby controlling the pace for now. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A head kick misses from Bushby. Bushby closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bushby controls the position. Let's hope that Bushby has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bushby has hold of Leorock's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Leorock seems comfortable defending it but Bushby has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Leorock is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Leorock is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Bushby couldn't care less - he's delighted!
