Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jakke Ruutu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Zaromskis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruutu comes to the cage accompanied by 50 Cent - I'm Supposed to Die Tonight. The crowd seem to be enjoying Zaromskis's choice of entrance music: Moment of Peace. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jakke Ruutu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Martin Zaromskis! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good leg kick by Zaromskis there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Zaromskis slips under a jab. Zaromskis moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Ruutu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zaromskis uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ruutu. Ruutu misses with a straight right. Zaromskis throws a right and a left that Ruutu avoids nicely. Ruutu moves out of range of the body kick. Zaromskis connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Zaromskis is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ruutu. Ruutu scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Ruutu cracks Zaromskis with a right hand to the side of the head. Ruutu looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Ruutu misses with a straight right. A low kick from Zaromskis is predictable there and Ruutu counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Zaromskis makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Zaromskis. Ruutu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Zaromskis has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ruutu has managed to get both his arms back between Zaromskis's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ruutu seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Zaromskis has control of Ruutu's left arm, preventing Ruutu from doing any damage. Ruutu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zaromskis swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ruutu trying to control but Zaromskis is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zaromskis pushes a forearm under Ruutu's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Ruutu is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Martin Zaromskis! A relieved looking Martin Zaromskis thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
