The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nyrkki throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Keijo's head.
Nyrkki throws the kick towards the body but Keijo avoids it.
Good leg kick by Nyrkki there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Nyrkki lands with a thumping leg kick.
Nyrkki throws a low kick but it's checked well by Keijo.
Keijo misses with a few strikes there.
Nyrkki throws a lazy right hand but Keijo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
The crowd cheers as Nyrkki lands an impressive looking overhand right. Keijo doesn't seem phased though.
Nyrkki looks to throw the jab but Keijo is out of range.
Keijo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
That kick from Keijo tenderised Nyrkki's leg. Nyrkki is trying to keep his angry face on.
Nyrkki misses with an uppercut. Keijo saw that one coming.
Keijo lands with a shot to the body.
Nyrkki looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Keijo sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Keijo lands a brutal head kick. Nyrkki looks out on his feet and Keijo throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
