Silva misses with the combination.
Adama has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

We've been hearing reports that Silva has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Adama creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Silva's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Silva drops to his knees and Adama pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

After the fight, William Adama was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
