Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lars Fredrickson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quik Yin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quik Yin has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Lars Fredrickson's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lars Fredrickson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quik Yin! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Dmitry Maklakov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fredrickson throws a right hand that Yin ducks under and follows up with a left that Yin also avoids with ease. Fredrickson tries to clinch up. Yin shoots in but no luck this time. Fredrickson throws a push kick but Yin slaps the foot to one side. Fredrickson moves into the clinch. Yin fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Lars Fredrickson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Quik Yin. Yin drags the fight down to the ground.
Fredrickson has gone for a leg lock! Yin slips out almost immediately though and dives into Fredrickson's guard. Fredrickson being controlled here, momentarily. Fredrickson is looking to stand up but Yin isn't so interested in that idea. Yin tries to free his leg and advance position but Fredrickson is retaining full guard.

Fredrickson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Yin is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Fredrickson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Yin's back instead. Fredrickson patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Yin manages to reverse the position and now he's in Fredrickson's guard. Nice work there by Yin.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Fredrickson closes the distance and clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Yin manages to break the clinch.
Fredrickson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Fredrickson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Yin swats him away and circles back towards the center. Fredrickson gets caught flat footed, as Yin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Fredrickson wants to sweep here but Yin controlling him for the moment. Fredrickson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Yin is controlling him. Yin works a leg free and moves into half guard. Yin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fredrickson keeps working. Yin is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Fredrickson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Yin performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fredrickson is looking to escape. Yin trying to control from half guard but Fredrickson is working away. Yin slows the pace down in half guard. Fredrickson trying to control but Yin postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Yin trying to control from half guard but Fredrickson is working away.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Fredrickson connects with a jab. Yin circles away from the clinch attempt.

Yin shoots in and bounces Fredrickson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yin controlling from the top position. Yin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fredrickson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Fredrickson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yin is one step ahead there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Quik Yin dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Fredrickson is leaning against Yin and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Yin tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fredrickson smiles and moves away.

Fredrickson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. A punch lands to the side of Yin 's head but he takes it in his stride. Lars Fredrickson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Yin drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fredrickson tries to bench press Yin off him but Yin keeps the position. Fredrickson gets back to half guard. Fredrickson is trying to stand.
Yin content to control rather than advance. Fredrickson is looking to improve his position.
Yin wants to work for an arm triangle but Fredrickson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fredrickson is pressing down on Yin's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Fredrickson wants to sweep but no luck. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fredrickson is on top in guard.
Yin is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Fredrickson stopping the sweep attempt from Yin. Yin is breathing heavily. Yin pulls Fredrickson in close to his closed guard and prevents Fredrickson from doing any damage or advancing position. Yin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fredrickson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fredrickson passes easily into side control. Nice work. Yin prevents Fredrickson from improving position. Yin is looking to regain half guard here but Fredrickson keeps moving and retains side control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Yin regains half guard. Yin gets back to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Lars Fredrickson will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Fredrickson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Yin avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Fredrickson throws a nice looking combination but Yin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. The fight stays on the outside here - Fredrickson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Yin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Fredrickson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Yin on the side of the head. Fredrickson throws a right and a left that Yin avoids nicely. Fredrickson clinches up against the cage. A hook to the body from Fredrickson.

Fredrickson tries to close the distance and clinch but Yin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Yin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Fredrickson is staying active underneath Yin, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Yin frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Fredrickson is looking to get to half guard. Fredrickson is working hard here to advance position. Yin trying to control but Fredrickson is having none of it. Fredrickson is trying desperately to improve position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yin can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fredrickson is looking to escape. Fredrickson has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Yin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. A lull in the action here.
Yin is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Fredrickson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Yin's best efforts. Yin is pressing down on Fredrickson's thigh, looking to free his foot. Fredrickson is holding on for now. Fredrickson trying to control from the bottom.
Yin is trying to control the action in half guard but Fredrickson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Quik Yin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Yin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
