Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ben Zaylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaylor closes the distance but Nunes moves to the side
and Nunes finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Zaylor fails with the takedown
and Nunes counters with a body kick that stops Zaylor in his tracks momentarily.
Nunes throws a one two combo.
Zaylor tries to clinch but Nunes moves away
and Nunes counters with an outside leg kick.
Zaylor tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Zaylor shoots for a double leg takedown but Nunes sprawls well. He's pushed Zaylor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Zaylor moves into range and clinches up with Nunes.
Nunes is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Zaylor can't fight it off and eventually Nunes manages to take the fight to the floor. Zaylor looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Nunes is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Zaylor wants to get back to his feet but Nunes passes into half guard.

I was talking to Zaylor's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Nunes feints a jab promting Zaylor to slip. Nunes then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Zaylor slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
