The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Wukong as he checks the leg kick.
Wukong shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Pin is trying to defend but Wukong finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Pin blocking the ground and pound attempt from Wukong.
Wukong passes the guard and advances to mount!
Wukong lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Pin is in a horrible position here. Wukong smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Wukong postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Pin looks a forlorn figure.
Oh Pin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wukong scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Pin?
Wukong postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Pin badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Wukong around the waist but Wukong pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Wukong is the winner by TKO! Wukong jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sun Wukong!
During a confident post fight interview, Sun Wukong thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
