Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Myers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard B Riddick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Myers comes to the cage accompanied by Halloween. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riddick takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Richard B Riddick has been cut.
Mike Myers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Riddick avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Riddick lands a nice hook to Myers's body. Myers takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Riddick has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Riddick throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Myers stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Riddick bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Myers's head.
The fighters circle momentarily. Myers darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
