The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Merkley needs to keep his hands up - Beta had a free shot at his head there.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Merkley.
Beta cracks Merkley with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Beta lands an overhand right.

Merkley is rocked!

Beta throws a jab but it's blocked by Merkley.
Beta throws a hook but Merkley avoids it easily.
Beta connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Merkley to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Beta!
