Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Caster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barril Salvador (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Thomas Caster has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Thomas Caster seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thomas Caster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Barril Salvador! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Caster gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Salvador sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Caster's guard. Caster wants to control but Salvador is keeping busy and won't allow it. Salvador slows the pace down in half guard. Salvador prevents Caster from improving his position. Caster is in trouble now - Salvador has advanced to mount! Salvador lands a heavy elbow. Salvador controlling from mount. Salvador looking to control but Caster is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Caster takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Salvador cracks Caster with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Salvador has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Salvador prevents Caster from getting the reversal. Salvador goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Caster turns into him and now he's in Salvador's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Salvador wants to sweep here but Caster controlling him for the moment. Caster trying to control but Salvador is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Caster pushes down on Salvador's leg and manages to get into half guard. Salvador has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Caster is working away from the top position though. Salvador is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Caster is staying active. Salvador holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Salvador wants to control but Caster is keeping busy and won't allow it. Caster is looking to take a break and control but Salvador is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Caster definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Thomas Caster just wasn't active enough. Salvador has a takedown stuffed. Salvador scores with a nice body kick.
Caster slaps away a takedown attempt from Salvador, before circling back to the center of the mat. Caster leaves Salvador with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Thomas Caster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Barril Salvador. Caster throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Salvador tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Caster is in Salvador's guard. Salvador looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Caster trying to control but Salvador is working from the bottom. Caster in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Salvador looking for a triangle here. Caster is fighting it but it looks tight! Salvador pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Caster is tapping out - this one is all over!
