The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Michael Watt has been cut.

Carlsen closes the distance and clinches.

Watt manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Carlsen passes Watt's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Simon Carlsen just wasn't active enough.
Watt shoots for a takedown but Carlsen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Carlsen seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Carlsen smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Watt looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Carlsen is fending him off so far but Watt persists. Nope, Carlsen circles away and we're back to standing.
Carlsen throws a series of punches but Watt avoids them all with ease.
Carlsen lands a brutal head kick. Watt looks out on his feet and Carlsen throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
