The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winner misses with a takedown
and Grim counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Grim.
Grim tries to free his leg and advance position but Winner is retaining full guard.
Grim drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Winner dives on top into guard.

Winner is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Grim slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Winner wants to control from the top but Grim keeps moving.

Grim closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Grim is looking to take a break and control but Winner is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Grim goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Winner has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Grim but great work by Winner.

Winner gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Grim counters with a single leg into guard. Winner didn't expect that.

Winner is looking to cinch up a triangle. Grim throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Winner's body to avoid the submission. Winner has instead reached around Grim's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Winner arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Voittaja Winner got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
