With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rafal Arsic!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinez drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Arsic swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Martinez.
Arsic with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Arsic connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Arsic fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Martinez, pushing him back against the cage.
Arsic lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Arsic lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Martinez backwards.

Arsic wants the takedown. Martinez is fighting it off but Arsic persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Martinez's guard against the cage.

Arsic wants to control from the top but Martinez keeps moving.

Arsic tries to free his leg and advance position but Martinez is retaining full guard.

Arsic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Martinez swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Arsic is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Let's hope that Arsic has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Rafal Arsic.
Arsic closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Arsic works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Arsic looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Martinez tries to get to full guard but Arsic has control of the leg.
Arsic wants to pass to mount but Martinez is defending the position.
Martinez trying to hold on to Arsic's head to control him but Arsic postures up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Martinez is in trouble now - Arsic has advanced to mount!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rafal Arsic dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Arsic lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Arsic prevents a takedown attempt there.
Martinez's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
