Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shingo Yabuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francisco Chico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Shingo Yabuki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Francisco Chico! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Luis Engracia and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yabuki defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Chico. Yabuki scores with a hook to the body. Chico takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Yabuki digs a good hook to Chico's body.
Yabuki ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A punch lands to the side of Chico 's head but he takes it in his stride. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yabuki thuds a left hand into Chico's body. Chico fails to land the takedown. Chico takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Yabuki closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Yabuki scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Yabuki throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Chico avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Yabuki. Chico moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Yabuki connects with a couple of short punches. Chico working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Yabuki doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Chico is tightening it up a little... Yabuki has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Yabuki reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Yabuki taps out! Nice BJJ there by Chico!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Francisco Chico! Francisco Chico bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
