Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Mar lands with a nice body punch.
Del Mar throws a lazy head kick
and Figaro counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Figaro.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Figaro wants to stand but Del Mar has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Figaro won't allow Del Mar to sweep him here.
Del Mar is working hard here to advance position.
Figaro lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Del Mar looking to hit a scissor sweep but Figaro is one step ahead there.
Del Mar looking for a guillotine here but Figaro defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Figaro won't allow Del Mar to get back to his feet.
Figaro trying to control but Del Mar is working from the bottom.
Figaro throws a big right hand that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Del Mar keeping moving, preventing Figaro from controlling successfully.
Del Mar wants to sweep but no luck.
Figaro content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Del Mar has locked up a guillotine! Del Mar's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Figaro is holding on here and Del Mar must be using up a lot of energy. Figaro has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Del Mar gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Fabio Del Mar tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
