Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kim Hiromito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Park Hae Hae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Park Hae Hae has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kim Hiromito's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kim Hiromito! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Park Hae Hae! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hae Hae shoots in but no luck this time. Hiromito fails with a takedown attempt. Hiromito closes the distance and clinches. Hiromito could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Hiromito misses with a hook to the ribs.
Hae Hae throws a knee to the head but misses.
Hiromito tries for a takedown but Hae Hae manages to get underhooks.
Hae Hae gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hae Hae missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Hae Hae working over Hiromito with some ground and pound. Hiromito looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hae Hae in particular looking to stall. Hiromito is looking to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hae Hae stops Hiromito from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hae Hae is trying to control the action in half guard but Hiromito is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Park Hae Hae hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Hiromito shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hae Hae counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hae Hae. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kim Hiromito. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hae Hae turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hae Hae manages to end up in side control. Hae Hae tries to advance to mount but can't. Hae Hae is still trying to improve position. Hiromito looking for a sweep but Hae Hae has passed into full mount! Oh no! Hae Hae looking to finish Hiromito with some ground and pound. This is bad for Hiromito!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hae Hae is standing up, even though he is in mount. Hae Hae fails with the takedown and Hiromito counters with a nice leg kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hae Hae tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hiromito sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hae Hae somewhat. Hae Hae looks winded! Hae Hae misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Hae Hae dives in and grabs Hiromito's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hiromito pushes down on Hae Hae's head and hops out. Hae Hae stuffs the takedown attempt from Hiromito. Hiromito gets slowly back to his feet. Park Hae Hae seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hiromito shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hae Hae defends it nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hae Hae keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Hae Hae forces Hiromito back against the cage and clinches. Hae Hae just leaning against Hiromito, taking a breather. Hiromito is trying to push Hae Hae away but Hae Hae has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Hiromito is fighting off a takedown attempt but Hae Hae is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hiromito to the mat. Hiromito regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hiromito throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Hae Hae would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Hiromito keeping moving, preventing Hae Hae from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Hae Hae controls from within his opponent's guard. Hae Hae wants to pass the guard but Hiromito is keeping the position. Hae Hae stands and throws Hiromito's legs to the side, diving into side control. Hae Hae is working to tighten his grip on Hiromito's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hiromito has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hae Hae is really squeezing tight and eventually Hiromito passes out! Hae Hae breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Park Hae Hae! Park Hae Hae decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
