Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Buster Bluth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Darios Ellis!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bluth thuds his shin into the meat of Ellis's side.
Bluth dips to his left and cracks Ellis with an uppercut!
Buster Bluth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ellis moves forwards but Bluth connects with a nice, crisp jab.
We've been told by Bluth's head coaches at Diamond In The Rough Training Facility that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Ellis tries to keep at a distance but Bluth has taken the fight into the clinch.

Ellis pulls Bluth into guard.
Ellis looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Bluth looking to pass the guard.
Bluth throws a strike but Ellis rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Ellis with a flurry of punches that miss.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bluth wants to sweep here but Ellis controlling him for the moment.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bluth is working hard here to advance position.
Bluth knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ellis on the ground.
Ellis prevents Bluth from getting back to his feet.
Bluth keeping moving, preventing Ellis from controlling successfully.

Ellis gets to his feet - Bluth follows without any prompting.
Ellis stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bluth.
Ellis throws a sloppy head kick and Bluth moves out of range easily.
Ellis lands a jab-cross combination.
Ellis tries to clinch up but Bluth circles away and keeps his distance.
Ellis takes a kick to the side of the head.

Bluth closes the distance and clinches.
Bluth connects with a knee to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ellis can't get the takedown.
Bluth lands a knee to the head.


Ellis is rocked!
Bluth is looking to land a big knee to finish this one. He's got control of the head and as Ellis tries to break Bluth's hands from around his neck, Bluth unloads with that fight ending knee, right up the middle! Oh man, that was nasty! Ellis will need to get back to the training room and learn how to defend against the thai clinch! Oooh, his nose is a mess. Hopefully it's not broken.
