Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Trombley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sander Loughlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Loughlin has chosen Metallica - No Remorse as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adam Trombley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sander Loughlin! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Reed Andrews and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trombley misses with a few strikes there.
Trombley misses with a straight right. Loughlin fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Loughlin dodges the punch combination from Trombley.
Trombley lunges at Loughlin with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Loughlin's hand. Trombley shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Loughlin counters with a single leg into guard. Trombley didn't expect that. Loughlin is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Trombley is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Trombley has escaped and now he's on top! Loughlin has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Loughlin working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Trombley. Trombley has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. That's one minute gone in the round. Loughlin is trying to control the position but Trombley postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Trombley is fighting to break Loughlin's control of his arms but Loughlin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Trombley is looking to stand up but Loughlin won't let him. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Loughlin shoots in looking for a takedown. Trombley tries to sprawl out of it but Loughlin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Trombley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Trombley looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Trombley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Loughlin on the ground. Loughlin trying to control from the bottom.

Sander Loughlin dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Trombley shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Loughlin's guard. Trombley stands up from guard. Let's bang! Trombley pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Loughlin tries for a takedown but Trombley sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Trombley tries for a takedown but Loughlin circles away easily so Loughlin counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Trombley trying to keep a closed guard but Loughlin is proving a slippery customer.
Loughlin passes Trombley's left leg - he's now in half guard. Loughlin has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Loughlin lands a nice shot to the head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Loughlin has hold of Trombley's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Trombley manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Loughlin moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Trombley has worked his arm free - good work by Trombley!
Loughlin wants to control but Trombley is keeping him busy. Loughlin tries for a kimura but Trombley is defending well. Trombley prevents Loughlin from improving position.

Trombley gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Loughlin prevents Trombley from getting the reversal.

Trombley is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Loughlin has taken his back.
