Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ken McCorronas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Kart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ken McCorronas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nate Kart! The judges for this bout are , and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCorronas fails with a takedown attempt from distance. McCorronas clinches up with Kart and pushes him back against the cage. The referee is keeping an eye on McCorronas - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Kart drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kart tries to score a body lock takedown but McCorronas shows good agility there to stay on his feet. McCorronas is struggling to control the position. McCorronas scores with a knee to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. A knee to the head by McCorronas.
McCorronas utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. McCorronas is pressed up against the cage. Kart has hold of a leg and is looking to drag McCorronas down to the mat. McCorronas avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Ken McCorronas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nate Kart. McCorronas misses with a two punch combination.
Kart shoots in looking for a takedown. McCorronas tries to sprawl out of it but Kart keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McCorronas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Kart tries to keep at a distance but McCorronas has taken the fight into the clinch. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with McCorronas for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McCorronas's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. McCorronas shoots in looking for a takedown. Kart tries to sprawl out of it but McCorronas keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kart manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. McCorronas closes the distance and clinches. McCorronas leaning against his opponent.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Ken McCorronas. Kart shoots in but McCorronas avoids the takedown attempt easily. McCorronas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kart as he avoids it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCorronas gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. McCorronas stalling in the clinch.
McCorronas scores with a knee to the head.
McCorronas gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Kart looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kart looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kart looks winded! Kart working a defensive guard here.
McCorronas sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kart's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kart looking for submissions from an awkward position here. McCorronas stands up and beckons Kart to join him on the feet. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McCorronas fails with a takedown attempt from distance. McCorronas has Kart up against the cage in a clinch.
McCorronas dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ken McCorronas dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Kart stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kart wants it to stay on the feet. Kart fails in his attempt to clinch. Kart fails with the takedown. The fight moves into the clinch position. Kart tries to score a body lock takedown but McCorronas shows good agility there to stay on his feet. McCorronas connects with a knee to the head.

McCorronas connects with a nasty looking knee right to Kart's face.
McCorronas manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCorronas gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Kart working for a triangle but McCorronas defends it easily.
Kart is breathing heavily. McCorronas slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. McCorronas working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kart stops McCorronas from passing to mount. Kart is not content to let McCorronas control the position. McCorronas scoring with punches from side control. McCorronas lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kart tries to get back to half guard but can't. McCorronas stands up and we're back to a striking position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kart gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. McCorronas tries to free his leg and advance position but Kart is retaining full guard. McCorronas forces his way into half guard. Kart is in trouble now - McCorronas has advanced to mount! McCorronas lands with some strikes. McCorronas trying to control but he's not successful this time. McCorronas landing shots from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kart tries to reverse the position but McCorronas maintains control. A nice elbow there by McCorronas. This has been an exciting period of action! McCorronas breaks from Kart's wrist control and lands an elbow. McCorronas working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Kart is rocked! McCorronas loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Kart scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from McCorronas land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. McCorronas stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ken McCorronas!
