Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yster Best (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and French Toast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toast comes into a darkened arena with his song building. EAZY-E - Real Muthaphuckkin' G's kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! French Toast told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Yster Best!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
18 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, French Toast!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toast goes for a double leg but Best avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Best continues to drive forward.
Best has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Toast regains guard immediately.
Best is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Toast has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Best is looking to defend but Toast has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Best! Toast pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Best taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). French Toast!
