Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Master Blaster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emilo Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaster comes to the cage accompanied by Limp Bizkit-Break Stuff. Chavez is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Slipknot---Psychosocial. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Master Blaster! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Emilo Chavez! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chavez decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Chavez is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Blaster is just riding it out for now. Chavez eventually gives up the hold. Chavez looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Blaster with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Chavez has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Chavez thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Blaster to regain full guard. Blaster working a defensive guard here.
Blaster controlling the position. Blaster is looking to stand up but Chavez isn't so interested in that idea. Chavez drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Blaster manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Chavez has Blaster in his guard. Blaster would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blaster decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Nice takedown defense from Chavez. No joy for Blaster on that attempt. Chavez misses with the combination.
Emilo Chavez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chavez fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Blaster manages to avoid it. Chavez tries to clinch up. A jab from Chavez misses. Blaster changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chavez tries to avoid it but Blaster manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chavez to the ground. Chavez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Chavez connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Blaster! He's out on his feet! Chavez rushes in and drops Blaster with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Emilo Chavez! Emilo Chavez is the new light heavyweight champion!
