Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Darwin France (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Mlodzinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). France comes to the cage accompanied by bring me to life. Mlodzinski has chosen Enter Sandman as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam Mlodzinski! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mlodzinski forces France back against the cage and clinches. France has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Mlodzinski tries a knee to the head but France blocks it.
Mlodzinski working France over with knees to the body. Mlodzinski misses with a knee to the head. Mlodzinski has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Mlodzinski breaks from the clinch.

The fight stays on the outside here - Mlodzinski looks like he's thinking about clinching though. France getting the better of the striking in that exchange. France with a body punch. A glancing blow. France circles away from the clinch attempt.

Mlodzinski tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Mlodzinski uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from France. France throws a looping overhand right but Mlodzinski ducks down to avoid it. Mlodzinski is looking to clinch. Mlodzinski throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Adam Mlodzinski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mlodzinski fails with an attempt to clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. A head kick misses from Mlodzinski. France closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mlodzinski to the mat! Mlodzinski manages to get full guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. France with a flurry of punches that miss. France postures up in Mlodzinski's guard and throws a big left but Mlodzinski blocks it. France seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! France trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mlodzinski is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. France trying to control but Mlodzinski is working from the bottom. Mlodzinski is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
France passes easily into side control. Nice work. Mlodzinski is looking to reverse the position. Mlodzinski gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Mlodzinski looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mlodzinski is in trouble now - France has advanced to mount! Mlodzinski is looking to get to half guard. Mlodzinski avoids a series of strikes thrown by France.
France landing strikes from the mount. Mlodzinski tries to buck France off but France takes his back! France is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
France lands with a hammerfist to the side of Mlodzinski's head. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
France is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Mlodzinski is tapping out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Darwin France! A relieved looking Darwin France thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
