The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wudster tries to work over Didion's front leg with a kick but Didion checks it.
Wudster fails with the takedown
and Didion counters with a nice leg kick.
Didion takes one to the side of the head.
Wudster fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Didion avoids it really well and circles away.
A cross from Didion lands.
Didion connects with the punch.
Didion lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wudster shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Didion counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Wudster! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Didion!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chad Didion!
After winning the bout, Chad Didion thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
